Passport Renewal

Apply early for renewals, as many countries require that passports be valid for at least 6 months after you enter their country. Learn how to properly prepare your application package and include all the necessary documents so your passport is processed on time.

1. Passport application: Click link to complete - Passport Renewal Application Form DS-82
2. Make sure you sign your Passport application.
3. Passport photos: Can be taken at CVS, Walgreens, Staples, or USPS.
4. Gov't Fees: Write a Check or Money order payable to the " US Department of State " for $212.05 for a US Passport Book or $242.05 for a US Passport Book and Card. This fee includes 1-2 Day Shipping.
5. Passport Book ( Cannot be expired over 5 years)
6. Ship or drop off at our Office.

• Name Change: Must provide an original or certified copy of your marriage or court document.
